turtletech

I'm in the midst of working on a 52 week High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography project.  I am posting the project out on my WordPress powered site turtletech.us and will post some of the images on here as well.  I had lost focus (pun sort of intended) with my photography, and after watching others do 365 or 52 projects, I decided to give it a go at the beginning of the year.  Some weeks it is a struggle to get outside and find subjects that interest me, while others I have a hard time picking just a few favorites that captured my goal. 

Industrial v nature is my primary subject of choice.  As these two things come together, sometimes beautifully, and sometimes at total odds, they can become incredible images with which to tell a story.  I also enjoy pure nature as a subject. Especially coastal scenes.  Nature has so much to offer to the eye with colors and texture.
